Energy Certification of Buildings is a requirement under the Directive 2002/91/EC. In terms of certification, partially transposing this directive into English law by Royal Decree 47/2007 of 19 January, by adopting the basic method for the energy performance of new buildings .
This Royal Decree 47/2007 of Jan. 19, entered into force on 1 November: from now is required to make available to buyers or users of buildings a Certificate of Energy Efficiency.
